Dear Flying Flags Family and Guests,
We are excited to announce that we have received final approval and have broken ground on a major, state-of-the-art environmental, capital improvement project installing solar panels on shade covers for several large guest parking areas, the maintenance yard, and on the Club House. The environmental benefits of producing solar energy for Flying Flags and our guests with less impact on the environment is a project we know you’ll support.
We hope you’ll pardon our temporary worksite appearance during this beneficial project. Every effort will be made to complete this large project in a timely manner with work occurring Monday through Friday. No work will occur on weekends.
In addition to the parking areas, the maintenance yard and Club House will be effected and closed during construction and installation. The Longoria, Thor, and Shasta Roads highlighted on the project map will be open with some light construction traffic (view Solar Panel Installation Project Map). All guest public parking lots will be fenced where the solar panels will be erected.
